Welcome to His Haven Ranch!

His Haven Ranch is a faith-based non-profit discipleship and horsemanship program located in Le Sueur County, MN. The Ranch provides a safe, fun environment for individuals ages 5+ who are experiencing some life challenges. We invite them to come to us for one-on-one mentoring and it is our goal to help them through the use of a horse. There is no charge for our services.

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."~ 2 Corinthians 3:17

Heidi McGraw

HIS Haven Ranch was founded in 2006 by Heidi McGraw who experienced some difficult times in her life and because of her deep passion for horses, decided to use them as a means of therapy. As a result, these 4-legged friends helped to mold her into the person she is today.

“Let us not love with words or tongue, but with actions and in truth.” ~ 1 John 3:18

Morning Mantra: "Your best teacher is your last mistake." Big deal, you made a mistake. Good people sometimes make bad decisions. They mess up, they let others down. But that doesn't make them bad people. It makes them human. Own it, apologize, learn from it, and move on. #BeAGoodStudent #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie ... See MoreSee Less

"This world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come. Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to His name. And don't forget to do good and to share with those in need. These are the sacrifices that please God." (Heb. 13:15-16, NLT). Lord, help us habitually honor You by what we say and do, in Jesus' name. (Art by Jack Sorenson, jacksorensonfineart.com. "That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don't look at the troubles we can see now; rather we fix our gaze on thing that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever." (2 Cor. 4:16-18, NLT). Lord, help us see past our trouble with the eyes of faith, in Jesus' name. "All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us." (2 Cor. 1:3-4, NLT). Lord, help us share the comfort You have given us, in Jesus' name.
